Mega Roller Shutter Doors is Family owned company that was built from the ground up by Petrus & Lynette Boonzaaier who are currently the Owners and CEO’s of the company. Petrus learned the trade from his father who had also been in the same industry and thus the passion was handed over from Father to son.

Mega Roller Shutter Doors initially started trading in the City of Cape Town (S.A) from the year 2000 and has since grown from there to where they are today. We now operate two establishments, one in Port Elizabeth and the other right here in Cape Town. We now serve customers all over South Africa and we look forward to being of service to you as well.

NEW INSTALLATIONS

TYPES OF DOORS Push Up: This type of doors are mainly used for small openings which are not operated with the help of mechanical or electrical mechanisms. Chain Type: This type of door is manually operated and works with a chain mechanism. Gear Operated: This type of door operation is preferred when installing industrial doors as it is easily operated. These gearbox operated doors are normally fitted with an endless-chain wheel, using a reduction spur gear fitted on to the helical coil of the heavy duty door. A hand operated gearbox is then fitted to the wall to open and close the door. Electrically Operated: All the above mentioned doors can be fitted with an electrical mechanism to open and close.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

As part of our excellent service, we include the following: Reset of slats Grease guides Check nuts and bolts Check all sprockets and gears Service gearbox Check all bearings and cables (overhead sectional doors) We issue a safety certificate after servicing which is valid for six months.
